Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is performed inside the app; you do not need to send an e-mail for the normal deletion flow. This page explains what the flow does.

How to delete

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the Profile screen.
3. Read the deletion explanation and confirm. If your account is linked to Sign in with Apple, authenticate again with the same Apple account.

If you cannot sign in, write to us through the support address. In that case we must verify that you own the account; we do not act on a request we cannot verify, because otherwise someone else could have your account deleted.

What is deleted

• Your profile, nickname, profile photo, bio and date of birth are deleted.
• Your Apple/Google sign-in links, guest credential and active sessions are removed; the deleted account can no longer be accessed. If it has an Apple sign-in link, that Apple authorization is also revoked after reauthentication.
• Your friendship, like and block records are removed.
• Your push notification device tokens are deleted.
• Your conversations and the messages in them are deleted. Limited evidence separately saved for a report is subject to the exception below.
• Your league ranking entries are removed; virtual balances and entitlements on the account are cleared.

What is not deleted

• Match and financial transaction records. Past match results and purchase and balance transaction records are retained with your identity and profile details removed. These limited records support transaction integrity, prevention of duplicate purchase grants, refunds and applicable financial retention obligations. The deleted account cannot be used to sign in.
• Report evidence. Limited content and review records separately saved for a report may be retained for abuse review and any necessary legal process. This does not preserve the normal chat history.
• Your store subscription. See below.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have an auto-renewing membership, you can manage and cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or on Apple's subscription management page. Unless cancelled, charges may continue under the store's renewal rules. Subscription cancellation is not a prerequisite for account deletion.

Account deletion does not automatically refund remaining diamonds, gold or membership time. Your right to request a refund from the store and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

How long it takes

Once deletion succeeds, active sessions close and the personal data described above is deleted or stripped of identifying details. If the operation cannot complete, the app shows an error; you can retry or contact support. Copies in backups fall away on their own at the end of the backup cycle.

Deletion cannot be undone; signing in again with the same Apple or Google account creates a brand new account from scratch.
